How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. It takes up to 2-3 days before we ship your item.
We ship from our EU or USA fulfillment center depending on your location and stock.
As we ship worldwide we have different delivery time for different countries.
Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been
processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. You
will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will
include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your
package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package
delivery, please contact the courier.

My item is misprinted/damaged. Can i get an exchange?
Yes. Any claims for
misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 14 days
after the product is received. Please send a photo of the misprinted/damaged goods to email@example.com we can review what went wrong in our custom print for you. When this is approved we will sent you a new printed item as soon as possible. The production of the new printed item will start as soon as we received the misprinted/damaged back to us. You are responsible for the returning shippingcost. We recommend you to send your package back with track & trace as Decherry can not be held responsible for lost packages.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Can I exchange an item for another size?
No, because your item is printed on demand & personally made for you. We strongly recommend to look at the sizecharts on the item page & select the correct size.
I don't like my item can i exchange it or get a refund?
No, we specially print on demand for you, we can not exchange or refund your item. However contact us anyways at email@example.com as we don't like to see our costumers unhappy.
